AI Universe pilot galaxy

The pilot begins with AI Universe deployed directly into your Azure subscription, covering the container app, APIM, AI Foundry, Entra ID, Key Vault and monitoring. Within this platform, you get one fully isolated application environment, the “pilot galaxy”, complete with its own repository, identity and governed model access.

On top of this, we build one working AI application, scoped together with you during discovery, to serve as the pilot’s concrete use case.

Delivery runs through a security-gated CI/CD pipeline that includes secret scanning, static analysis and dependency auditing, so the application is built to a production-grade standard from the outset. Access to models is controlled through a governed gateway: APIM configuration enforces model access controls and token limits, with Azure Content Safety active from day one.

We also configure the wisdom layer for your organisation, combining the Fortytwo baseline with your specific organisational tier. To ensure your team can operate and extend the platform independently, we run two to four knowledge transfer sessions with your pilot team, and conclude with handover documentation covering the architecture decisions made, a configuration guide, and recommended next steps for scaling beyond the pilot.

To get started, we’ll need a few things from your side. Access to your Azure subscription with Owner or Contributor rights, so we can deploy the platform, along with a Microsoft Entra ID tenant where admin consent can be granted. We’ll also need access to your GitHub organisation or Azure DevOps for the pipeline setup.

On the business side, a defined pilot use case with an assigned business owner will help anchor the work, and one to two developers should be available to join the pilot team and take part in the onboarding sessions. Finally, we’ll need access to the relevant data sources tied to the pilot use case.
